We specialise in gaining access to the Norwegian market in a cost effect way. Every company looking at establish themselves or sell their products in a new market, knows exactly how much efforts it takes in order to success. We help our clients to understand the Norwegian market, by e.g. analysing specific segments, look at trends, compile an overview of main competitors and their pros & cons, identify legal or regulatory requirements etc. These are all key tasks in order to understand a new market. Based on our international experience and partnerships, we are also able to help Norwegian companies to establish themselves abroad or gain access to new markets.

John Lyder has extensive experience from various management positions in international companies like GE Capital, Biorigin, DIGITAL and Compaq, . His primary focus has been on Business Development, either as process improvements, product Development or Cost Reduction & Optimisation.
John Lyder brings practical knowledge in business operations, dedication to optimise and improve key business process and passion for meeting or exceeding the goals and expectations for the clients’ performance.
John Lyder has both professional experience from the Health sector, the Biotech sector as well as IT-operations in form of business supporting tools. This gives him a broad experience and network, which the clients can benefit from.
John Lyder has developed products for the human health and animal health sectors. Such developments can only take place within a proper Regulatory Framework.
